EXPECTATIONS OF AN AICD FACILITATOR
Consistently maintaining high quality delivery of their courses is a top priority for AICD. All facilitators follow a code of conduct and to adhere to a set of values that cover: Integrity, Leadership, Respect, Fairness, Commitment, Accountability, Confidence, Competence and Impartiality.
Facilitators are evaluated by participants after every module. This feedback is provided to facilitators and to AICD and is used to monitor quality in delivery of AICD programs.
Continuous improvement, trust in AICD course delivery and positive word of mouth referrals are a key driver to the success of our education programs. It is expected that facilitators maintain a defined quality standard.
